As the third generation in a family full of exceptional craftsman, builders, and engineers, our founder has essentially had a hammer in his hand since he could walk. Fast forward to today, he prides himself on being able to combine his passion for the trades, high performance construction, and high quality construction with his lifelong exposure and experiences in construction to provide our clients with the best service, results, and satisfaction.

GRANT BAVER
Founder and President
Grant is the founder and president of Baver Custom Construction. Being in the third generation of a family of craftsman, builders, and engineers, Grant has been around residential and light commercial construction his entire life. Grant has an educational background in mechanical engineering and project management, along with technical education in construction and welding.
Grant has a very strong passion for high performance, high quality residential construction. He is constantly driving to build more efficient, healthier, and more durable projects for his clients.

Grant is an active member of many professional trade groups, publications, and organizations such as Fine Homebuilding, Green Building Advisor, JLC (Journal of Light Construction) to ensure he is always up to date on the latest technology, tools, and methods in residential construction.
