• Use of continuous exterior insulation to improve the thermal performance of the house, while also greatly mitigating the risk of moisture caused issues within the wall assembly such as mold and rot due by eliminating condensing surfaces.

• Durable exterior cladding systems with dedicated rain screen assemblies

• Using the highest quality building products from manufacturers such as Huber Engineered Woods, Rockwool Insulation, Dow Foam Products, Kingspan, Henry, Dorken, Benjamin Obdyke, Siga, Certainteed, LP, James Hardie, and Maibec just to name a few.

Comfort:

• High levels of airtightness

• High Performance Windows, Glazing, and Doors

• Dedicated Mechanical Ventilation Systems (ERV or HRV)

• Performance designed mechanical systems including humidity control.

Health:

• Dedicated mechanical ventilation with filtration and high air-tightness leads to exponentially better indoor air quality.

• Robust thermal, water, and moisture control layers eliminate harmful allergens found in many homes including mold.

• Humidity control to provide a comfortable indoor humidity at all times.
